I walked in after a walk in the park, had a rough week. I've never bn here but the Service was superb, the food was hot & fresh, and I enjoyed my solo date in the atmosphere..s Even got the door opened for me as I was leaving. Both waiters tagged team and took very good care of me and made my heart smile! Kudos to them! Will return!

Amazing food, service, quality of ingredients, portion sizes and menu options! I have been to Napoli’s of West Plano probably over 5 times now with my family and friends. Every time I have come here the wait staff is eager and happy to serve. There hasn’t been a dish that I have ordered that i didn’t like and the freshness of the ingredients is really outstanding. I am very pleased with this restaurant and hope they get more business. Also the fish dishes Grilled Salmon and Pan fried Tilapia are amazing!!!!!!!
